E' un progetto asbbastanza vecchiotto ma che sta raggiungendo buoni risultati. Sostanzialmente è una rete "parallela" alla rete Internet basata unicamente su connessioni ad elevatissima velocità e con larghezze di banda allucinanti. L'idea originale era quella di sostituire nel futuro l'intera rete mondiale ma alla fine il target è stato ridotto ai soli contenuti multimediali.
