if you're using internet explorer you could also get there another way, might be easier, depending on how comfortable you are in windows.
In IE click tools, then Internet Options. Now in the temporary internet files box, click settings and then on the new menu, click view files. This is the same folder auger talked about opening, just another way of getting there. Any image you have opened or viewed in IE is in here, you just have to look for it, if you know the name right click and sort by name, it might help.
One last thing, if you know in advance you are going to do this, clear out this folder before you go on the site where the pics are, that way there will be less junk in there to search through.
