I'm Going Slightly Mad picture disc rare or fake?

I notice that this item is on ebay for the second time. What do people think of it? Is this a genuine item as described or has the sun made one side of the record turn brown?

It's abosolutely a sun made one, you could see it expecially on back, where card protect vinyl the vinyl itself remains clear.

The CD is produced in a blue cardboard box with the title and crest in silver. Within the lyrics in English and Taiwanese
