I was thinking maybe cauliflower ear, but they would have popped that before he went into the match, so it could be an ear infection. Some people say its gum as he keeps his gum there, but i'm saying an ear infection unless they waited to pop the cauliflower ear. |

It's cauliflower ear. 99% sure. Why would he be so attached to a piece of gum that he'd put it by his ear?
He could've cut it open and had to stitch it up or something like that.
That's not bad at all compared to some of them I've seen before. Granted all the really bad ones are in MMA, like Randy Couture and remember that guy who Kimbo fought (forgot his name, not Petruzelli, his was bad too) it looked like a little alien was going to come out of his head.
