For this Monday's episode of RAW, previews on the USA Network are saying to tune in to "Find out who shocked the world to earn a main event title shot at Wrestlemania".

i wouldnt read too much into this. Kurt angle was supposed to make a MAJOR announcement. And it blew over in a week. And they even advertised it for a week. So i guess ANY person who wins the rumble is a "shock" to some extent.
