Altro capitolo con inizio lento in cui egwene, finalmente ristabilitasi dall'incontro con lanfear, aspetta con ansia di entrare nel tel'arand'riod con le wise ones per incontrare le aes sedai di salidar. Il finale è invece scoppiettante: durante l'incontro le aes sedai convocano egwene con uno strano cerimoniale (lei è convinta che vogliano punirla per essersi fatta passare per aes sedai), spiegandole dove si trova salidar con dovizia di particolari e chiedendole di arrivare in gran fretta entrando col corpo nel tel'arand'riod. Lei obbedisce, scatenando la più totale disapprovazione delle sapienti aiel.
Conclusione con effetti speciali : tutto l'incontro si è svolto sotto gli occhi di rand che non si fa scrupoli ad entrare nel mondo dei sogni con il corpo; ora il drago sa dove si trovano le aes sedai ribelli ma soprattutto dove si trova elayne, la legittima erede del trono dell'andor.

non capisco cosa vogliono le Aes Sedai da Egwene....non credo che tutta questa cerimonia della convocazione sia solo per punirala...troppo rituale ed officiosa..... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

La parte nel tel'arand'riod è molto interessante....sopratutto xkè rand le spia! 
Io qualche dubbio su cosa vogliono le Aes Sedai da Ewgene ce l'ho....colpa di uno spoiler che mi sono beccata qualche tempo fa  ....e da delle frasi che sono state dette nei capitoli passati a Salidar!
Come ha fatto Ewgene a "scoprire" come si fa ad entrare fisicamente nel tel'arand'riod?

Che Rand sapesse del Tel Aran Rhiod e che addirittura fosse in grado di entrarci fisicamente e' stata una grossa sorpresa. Inoltre e' anche in gradi di invertire i flussi e rendersi invisibile.
Credo che Egwene voglia arrivare a Salidar attraverso un portale..... insomma vuole imparare la tecnica che usa Rand per spostarsi.... ----------------------------------------

Mi ricordo quel passaggio, con Rand che lo cita a Moiraine e lei che gli ricorda che non deve prendere tutto alla lettera.
Ma sembra che lui non voglia usare Callandor!
Ma perché?
Se deve morire nell'ultima battaglia, posso capire la storia del successore: sarebbe il drago seguente nel girare della Ruota....
Ma lui non è ancora morto...
E' come se aspettasse un suo successore con lui ancora in vita?
O forse gli basta l'altro sa'angreal?
O qualcos ad'altro?

Beh Callandor è una bella tentazione, ma anche un rischio...
Una cosa è nella Pietra circondata di trappole mortali, un altra e portarsela sempre appresso.
Inoltre ha posto Callandor nella Pietra come monito agli Alti Signori di Tear.

questa storia della convocazione per una punizione non mi convince,secondo me c'è sotto ben altro anche per via del sorriso soddisfatto di siuan...
Grande Rand che spia l'incontro trovando salidar...chissà che piega prenderanno ora gli eventi!  --------------------------------------------------

Anche secondo me si riferisce semplicemente al suo successore in un'altra epoca che verrà.
